I’ve just changed some paths. Where exactly did you change paths?
How to change txt name to logo at footer? By default you can use only text for footer logo. But if you need to add image instead you can do it directly in the file themes/alysum/footer.tpl

For example:
Line: 2220 {background:url(../../../images/alysum_pattern.png) to {background:url(../images/alysum_pattern.png)

Is the issue with the buttons still relevant?
Right now I don’t see it on your site. Please give the link to the page where I can see the problem.

Only automatic.
