Ticket #5569 - Problem with address - create an account

States:

“This country requires you to chose a State.”

There is no drop down for State. I have activated it and added the country/state packages and it is still not showing up?
It is missing even when I switch countries. It flashes for a second when reloading the page then disappears..

Also the back to top button is not there../doesn’t work.

Yes we had this bug in Alysum 3.0.8 version.
Try to copy the files from here https://www.dropbox.com/sh/66xp2x1ubgayueq/AAAekdR_gCeqGCC6n8Nfdsmya to your_site/themes/alysum

Also is this theme compatible with Prestashop 1.6.0.9? It’s a new update. I recommend you to wait a week before update it to this new version. If we will find some problems we will update our theme.

Now it seems I cannot click on my menu buttons- they go to page not available.. even the home button does this even though they were working before..

This is some problem with the FRIENDLY URL (Preferences>URL)
I think you disabled a few languages and left only one.
old link site/en/4-tops
new link site/4-tops

Just try to disable Friendly URL→SAVE →Enable Friendly URL It will overrides the htaccess file and all the friendly url rules. It should help

Hi It i I have this turned on and turned it off then on as well as regenerated the .htaccess no change.

Not sure why all of sudden they are not working. Is home a friendly url?

In the Flex menu you’ve created a lot of Custom items with the links
http://site/en/
http://site/en/40-all-pouches
and so on

and you use it for menu items.
So you just need to edit the Flex>Custom items
But I tried to do that but without success. Custom items even doesn’t delete. Unfortunately you should RESET the Flex module and after that add again all the menu items. It should solve the problem.

How do you alter the layout in the footer. Right now the twitter block is below the information block instead of beside (to the right of it). There are 4 blocks but one (the twitter is sitting below the information block). I tried rearranging them in modules/positions but it wont move the the 4th spot (which is empty).

It used to be the facebook block but I removed it..
