Ticket #5662 - Add text + image to header

I want to add the text “free shipping” + the flags of Belgium and The Netherlands to the top / header of the page. It should be on the same line where customers follow the link to login or register / see their shopping cart.

Can you tell me how I can manage this? Do I need to adjust the header.tpl file? If so, can you tell me what code I need to use?

Regarding the text, you can just put it to any place you like in the themes/alysum/modules/blockuserinfo/blockuserinfo.tpl file.
