Ticket #5680 - Impossible download updates for my purchase.

Impossible to download an update 

I have my licence certificate, My Item ID, and my Item purchase.
Why i can't download it for updates of theese theme ?

Hi. Please write to the Envato support, we don’t limit any downloads. Or our updates are free for customers.

Hi Alex, 

Envato tell me :

“A file can not be downloaded more than 50 times in total, regardless of the time frame in which these downloads occur. Once you have exceeded 50 downloads in total, you will see an error message if you try to download the item again.” 

I must use and donwload the last version alysum theme for my prestashop 1.6.0.9
Help me by a link for direct download.

i use prestashop 1.6.0.9 and i have alysum version 3.0.9 date 01.05.2014
