Ticket #5815 - Error Zip Extraction

Hello,

I want to install the VENDEDOR Theme, but i got the message: Fehler bei der Zip-Extraktion (Error Zip Extraction).

I tried to import the theme.zip via Prestashop from computer and i tried to import it via ftp (file has chmod 777).

Do you have any ideas?

Yes. I tried to install exactly shown in the install video.
I couldnt upload the theme because i get the message: Error Zip Extraction

Hi.
Try to extract the theme archive theme.zip and after that archive it again with your archive manager to theme.zip. It can help re-archivate the file.

Please give full rights for ftp account and I think this is one of the problem of installing.

I could solve the problem.
The webspace was full.
Therefore i got the error message.
