Hello,
I am having an issue with the product layout on the category page.
Take a look at this category here:
http://www.gloxco.com/15-gear-boxes
The price is above the grid. I see the word “undefined”. Also, try switching from grid view to list view and back to grid view. This causes the image to be hidden.
Prestashop 1.6.0.9
Same on Chrome 37, FF 32, IE 11

I will get you access. I am not sure what you did, but I no longer see any output on any front-end page.
Since you went in with FTP. I am getting this error:

Did you edit any files? It may be a permissions issue?
Yes, don’t worry, I have tested product-list.tpl file
OK, I have create your admin credentials and added them to my profile.
I have checked all files, and back office settings and all is correct.
You have very strange behaviour of the theme. The source code of product listing page is not the same as you have in the file product-list.tpl. I have experience with prestashop platform over 5 years, but see such issue first time.
Have you possibility to install test version of prestashop platform and Venedor theme to check our issue there? maybe on localhost or your production server.

Is it acceptable for you completely reinstall your main shop?
I understand about the time difference.
I updated the product-list.tpl using the code from the dev site. Thad didn’t work.
I reset the theme settings. That didn’t work.
I then switched back to the default theme. Then switched back to Venedor. That seemed to fix it.
I guess this happened somewhere when updating theme theme setting. I will test the page after each update. This way if it happens again. We can pinpoint exactly what caused it.

Ok, you can write notices in current ticket.
This is happening again. I basically edited the theme settings. It is fine in Chrome, but when I look at the page in FF or IE or mobile, the product listing is messed up again on the category page.
Please help.
I don’t want to reset the theme again. I feel like I am wasting time.

Do you know when this happened? maybe after changing some setting or editing file?
Not sure exactly sure when/where it happened. I was testing on Chrome as I went. It is fine on chrome this time.
I made a few changes to the theme and store configuration. I edited the header template to remove the email and display only 1 phone number. I Edited the css to make the phone number larger.
It looks like it is caused by one of the javascript includes.
I used firebug to break it before all the js includes and the screen looks fine.
I am trying to pin point the exact one now.

Could you please try to upload original files to venedor theme and check how it works?
I put back all the original theme files and it is still doing it.
This is turning into way too much time and energy. I think its time to cut my loses.
I think its time to go with a different theme. Can I get a refund?
Yes of course you can get a refund in themeforest account. Write to their support.
But Maybe I can help to solve the problem? We really didn’t get such issue from our customers.
I can offer a few ways to solve the problem.
- If this already working shop I will try to fix the issue today. Now I see blank page even in BO. So I need the proper access.
- If this a new shop I can make new clean Prestashop+Venedor installation and check the issue.
- Or just reinstall the theme (if it’s our theme fault it should help)
