Ticket #5840 - Cart Button Not Working

Hi

The cart button in the top right hand side of the homepage is not working.

If a customer adds a product to the cart - continues shopping and then later wants to return to the cart - the button does not work.

Can you help please.

Many thanks

Damian

Hi.
Please fill the BO url in your profile.
Tell me please did you activate some 3rd party module? Or everything by default with Prestashop+Venedor ?

Damian Murray 19 Sep 2014, 15:15

Thank for the support

I can’t reproduce the bug. I only see the bug with ProductsCategory module that shows button Add to cart even if you disabled the guest checkout. I’ve fixed that.

Write me step by step instruction how to reproduce the bug.

Hi

This problem still persists.

Try to register → add item to cart → navigate away from cart (i.e to view another part of the website) → try to click on the orange cart button (top right of screen) to open cart. This button is the one that is not working.

The website is: murraymedical.co.uk

Many thanks

Damian

What the browser do you use? Try to clean the browser cache.
Did you tried the issue in another PC or browser?
