Seems a css files for responsive menu is not loaded, We will check that and give you solution soon.

But yes I see the issue when I click on the menu.

1) You just had modificated theme files. Copied Flex default and responsive css files and now everything is ok.

2) How to change the payment logo:
change the image your_site/modules/alysumthemesettings/images/payment_icons/32/am_exp.png and you will see it on the site instead of existing image.
