Hi. Please enable the debug mode http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/224525-how-to-turn-on-error-reporting-for-debug-information/ and show the errors in the page BO>Modules

I enabled the debug mode. When i’m at the login screen, http://snapconcept.nl/nagel/oogcz1hlmfyo6q6n/index.php?controller=AdminLogin&token=3c007e18a9ca1fb57894959dac014a14 i get this error message:

Notice: Use of undefined constant _RIJNDAEL_KEY_ - assumed ‘_RIJNDAEL_KEY_’ in /home/snapdemo/domains/snapconcept.nl/public_html/nagel/classes/Cookie.php on line 80 Notice: Use of undefined constant _RIJNDAEL_IV_ - assumed ‘_RIJNDAEL_IV_’ in /home/snapdemo/domains/snapconcept.nl/public_html/nagel/classes/Cookie.php on line 80

When im logged in and click on modules, the screen is white and i don’t see any error messages.

This error “_RIJNDAEL_KEY_ " means that you have problem with the Cookie CIPHERING
Try to switch this feature http://c2n.me/jeeQuf
I suppose you have enabled “Use Rijndael” Try to switch to “Blowfish” After that the error should gone.

The “_RIJNDAEL_KEY_ " error is gone but the module page is still white. I filled in the form. The shop URL keeps changing to: wwww.roburmarketing.nl. This is the wrong url.

The right shop URL is: www.snapconcept.nl/nagel/index.php?

thanks for helping me!

I see this error http://c2n.me/jenYoo
And I see you have Memory limit: 64M RAM. Do you have the opportunity to increase the RAM limit to 128MB?
I don’t know for sure but I think this is the reason of the problem. A lot of modules installed and they consuming the memory.
If you can increase memory to 128 it will be great to check the issue after that.

I’ve disabled a few modules and now it’s works http://c2n.me/jeohha
So I suppose it’s RAM memory limit problem.

Alex 06 Nov 2014, 18:45

For now don’t change this filter because will be the blank page again http://c2n.me/jeov5m
