Ticket #6367 - server error - tabs not loaded / reinstall my alysum theme

Hi, I seam to have some problems with my alysum them.
I cant edit a product and add a category to it. I get this error;

A server error occurred while loading the tabs: some tabs could not be loaded.
Please try again by refreshing the page.
If you are still encountering this problem, please check your server logs or contact your hosting provider for assistance.

Besides this I don’t know if the template has been installed correctly because some of the
images in the tutorials seem diffrent eventhough been from the same version of Prestashop (1.6)
I havent done the install.

  • How can I know if my template is installed correctly?
  • Can I run the install again just to be sure. How do I do this?

Hi Eugene,
I cannot see your site as it’s in maintenance mode so I cannot check the issue.
It’s quite easy to install the theme via BO > Preferences > Themes
You can delete your current Alysum theme and try to install once again.
Before theme installing please check the file upload limit in your Back-office http://docs.promokit.eu/doku.php/prestashophelp:filelimit

But this error
A server error occurred while loading the tabs: some tabs could not be loaded. seems to be not related to the theme. Please try to contact your hoster and check your server logs for errors.
