I have problem for email notification.
I received only for test email.
I read in the forum that maybe the problem is in the language. You confirm to me? Can you help me?
I see the message in the translate that i don’t understand and i’m afriad to wrong.
Then my client tell me that if he go in tracking you see:
Errore - Il seguente modello email non esiste: /home/kweynszn/public_html/themes/alysum/mails/it/in_transit.txt

1) When subscrive in newsletter…. Where i custom the email?
2) When the order in status SEND the notification to the customer is wrong. He receive email with credentials in this way:
ECCO I VOSTRI DATI D’ACCESSO:
Indirizzo e-mail: {email}
Password: {passwd}
3) for newsletter exist one template where the owner add the products?

This email arrived to me when the status go to SENDED (INVIATO).
Then i write you that arrived object as New Order or Product out of stock and not Nuovo Ordine or Prodotto non in magazzino.
The traslate is ok.

I received a notification email for order.
When the store send the product change the status in INVIATO (SENDED).
I received a wrong notification as this attach
