Hi,
you can change this text in Localization > Translations > Installed modules translations > Módulo pk_isotopeSort http://c2n.me/3bkxiZn

lorenzo 28 Jan 2015, 13:25

this should not be so , I already had my translations perfectly made , such as in an update me mented data from another website, I do not update the topic again ?

Alex 28 Jan 2015, 13:37

Hi. Do you have site backup before update?

lorenzo 28 Jan 2015, 13:39

no

Alex 28 Jan 2015, 14:32

Before ANY update you should make a backup. We have notice about that next to the button UPDATE
“Be careful! Automatical update will override some files of theme and modules. You can lose your custom code.” I’m sorry but you’ve lose your previous translations. Ask to your hoster maybe they make some weekly backups?

Translations backup you can do with the Localization>Translation> Export translation feature

Hello Lorenzo.
I can only advice you to read messages. You can find a warning message below the “update” button https://www.dropbox.com/s/jv083f478fq7fg6/Screenshot%202015-01-28%2015.38.38.png?dl=0

lorenzo 28 Jan 2015, 17:20

not you respond to my question , as can be that the update me metais data from another website , one thing is that I save my custom css and quite another to metais translations from another site in the update , do not see the problem?

If they were translations by default it would understand , but this does not get it

Marek 28 Jan 2015, 17:24

What do you mean by “another website”? As I understand you have a problem with Venedor update here: http://murciapc.es. So you have one more website where translation has been overridden after venedor update? Or I missed something?

lorenzo 28 Jan 2015, 17:28

you’ve missed so if you see the photo that pass really coming out information from a web page in translation which is not mine , it is this MimosEcológicos.com , I need to contact them to see if they got it?

Marek 28 Jan 2015, 17:34

So the problem is not with http://murciapc.es but with http://mimosecologicos.com?

lorenzo 28 Jan 2015, 17:39

lets see…

My site is murciapc.es

When i updated the theme my site (Murciapc.es) shows http://mimosecologicos.com (you can see the picture)

Why when i updated the theme, shows http://mimosecologicos.com on home…

do you understanding?

lorenzo 28 Jan 2015, 17:40

I dont have any relation with the site http://mimosecologicos.com

Marek 28 Jan 2015, 17:44

I can describe you how update function works.
When you click to “Update” button, theme_settings module downloads update and unzip it on that server where “update” button was clicked.
I have no ideas how it’s possible to change files of another website, if it’s not related.

lorenzo 28 Jan 2015, 17:54

Thats the problem, my last backup is from 2 weeks ago. 2 weeks of lost work in trasnlations

I understand you cant solve this but is a big trouble who data from a web who a dont have any relation shows in my site

my question is if my data is shows in another site….

can you see any log from your update server who explain whats happen?

Marek 28 Jan 2015, 17:59

I don’t have such logs.
You are the first who has such problem.
I need to fully understand how it happened.
Have you two different servers for each of this websites? http://murciapc.es but, http://mimosecologicos.com?

lorenzo 28 Jan 2015, 18:05

I do not know where it is hosted MimosEcológicos.com , who are neither have anything to do with them

Marek 28 Jan 2015, 18:10

Now I don’t understand anything at all.
your shop http://murciapc.es worked fine, but after update you get this website http://mimosecologicos.com on your domain murciapc.es?

lorenzo 28 Jan 2015, 18:25

Lets start again….

Today i updated the theme on my website (Murciapc.es)
When the update was complete the isotope module shows the following text:
“Ahorra mucho dinero y tiempo en MimosEcológicos.com” (you can see this the ticket picture)

I dont have any relation with the site “MimosEcológicos.com”

Looks who the translations of “MimosEcológicos.com” its now on my site “MurciaPC.es”
I dont know why the translations from another web how dont have any relation with us is now in my site…

The problem is if my data is in another site who a dont know…
The problem is who data from another website its show on my web after update…

Where is the file of translation?? to restore from my old backup via ftp

Lolo Mendez 28 Jan 2015, 18:26

Hi,
I had the same problem, but in my case I was having backup to restore. My site does not even have any relation with the indicated ones above (murcipc.es or mimosecologicos.com) Mi site is www.tusperfumesonline.com

I was reported that today in the morning.
Regards.

Marek 28 Jan 2015, 18:30

Ok, now I understand, sorry for long time.
So seems it’s just wrong translation, what comes from one of our customers.
I’ll fix it right now.
But regarding the overridden files I can’t help. Only one way is to make a backup before update.

lorenzo 28 Jan 2015, 18:43

this is a very bad issue, data from onther site shows in my site…

please check translations for next updates, i spend too many time for this problem

You take translations from another users for updates? very very bad…

Alex 28 Jan 2015, 22:56

You take translations from another users for updates? very very bad… Really I don’t see what is really really bad with that? :-) If you see there some translation error you can always write us and we will fix that.

We didn’t get professional translation for our theme yet so we accepted the offer from our customer (ready translation).

Best wishes.
