Please describe how did you install the theme?
I don’t see it installed in Preferences > Themes.
You have only default theme there.
There’s no Venedor theme on your server as well. The folder your_site/themes contains only default-bootstrap folder

Preferences > Themes > Add a theme > I choose the zip file of the theme then press SAVE.
It tells me that a request is sent but nothing happens

Anyway, you mentionned on themeforest that u install the theme for free

I finally, installed the theme via ftp but It diidn’t exist in the themes page (admin panel)
Moreover, When to activate modules, I have the attached error message.

Hi,
When you installed the theme via ftp you needed to copy “venedor-v.1.9.zip” content (folders “themes” and “modules”) to the root folder of your site.
But you have mistakenly copied whole “venedor-v.1.9.zip” folder to your_site/themes/ folder.
It caused the problem. I have now fixed it and installed the yellow preset for you.
You can now configure your theme.

2) You can change it with the additional css code.
Just add this code to the Theme Settings > Custom CSS tab

I have some other issues:
1. I wanna modify Images of the Banners Carousel. What are the dimensions of each one of the three banners ?
2. same thing for “featured categories” 3. I modified the bottom of the homepage (facebook, adress, phone,…) but modificationsq are not effective. How to make the modifications visible ?
4. what must be the size of the original product image that I will upload and from which all other images will be generated ?

It’s not a blank page.It works for me.
Just change the maintenance mode.
The problem is with bottom footer. How to modifiy it ?
Another issue, I have the facebook block just under “welcome to Venedor”.

The problem is with bottom footer. How to modifiy it ? You can modify social accounts in footer bottom in Theme Settings > Social Accounts tab

How to manage Category image and text on the category page such here You need to add your categories images and description in BO > Catalog > Categories and also enable option “Category title and description on the category page” in Theme Settings > Category page

I remember you had the same problem the last time.
Did you install the theme correctly?

You need to copy “venedor-v.1.9.zip” content (folders “themes” and “modules”) to the root folder of your site.
Please note, NOT the whole “venedor-v.1.9.zip” folder to your_site/themes/ folder.

If you did everything correctly but the theme still does not appear in BO then go to Preferences > Themes and upload Venedor using “Add now theme” button. It should go fast if you already uploaded the theme on ftp and the theme should appear in your BO.

1) Your site is still blank to me. I see the same server error.

2) Please apply to the Prestashop forum. If you cannot upload favicon this is Prestashop issue.

3) This is the folder with Venedor theme update archives. You don’t need to copy anything from this folder.

1) That is Promo minic Slider http://clip2net.com/s/3g3Qrvj
You can enable it in Theme Settings > Home page
Right now you have Revolution slider enabled instead.

2) You can edit theme colors also via Theme Settings.
If you need to edit Revolution slider you can do that in BO > Modules > Revolution slider > Configure

1. Module seems ok. You just need to add your background image
2. Add this code to Custom CSS and change the color as you need

4. I have added pk_funfacts module to wide_section hook without any troubles via BO > Modules > Positions.
Modules pk_message and pk_features cannot be hooked to wide_section. displayHome is their only default hook.

If you have enabled the multilanguage then you need to add banners for each language separately.
I suppose you didn’t add banners for English
