Ticket #7281 - Parse error with revslider modules
Hello,
I transferred my site online. But when I try to access it ( http://bbc-shop.com) I have a blank page and this error :
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘define’ (T_STRING) in /home/bbcshopctn/www/modules/revsliderprestashop/revprestashoploader.php on line 1
When I try to access the modules part in the backoffice , I have a blank page and this error:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘define’ (T_STRING) in /home/bbcshopctn/www/modules/revsliderprestashop/revprestashoploader.php on line 1
[PrestaShop] Fatal error in module revprestashoploader:
syntax error, unexpected ‘define’ (T_STRING)
Can you help me?
Thank you

Hi.
Please fill the fields of access to the back-office and FTP in your profile http://support.promokit.eu/index.php?do=myprofile and I will try to help you.
It’s ok, I update my profile, thank you!
Please compare theme zip file (theme file that you have installed on your shop)
theme.zip\modules\revsliderprestashop\revprestashoploader.php
with yours your_site\modules\revsliderprestashop\revprestashoploader.php
copy please default file there (from zip) and everything should be ok
It’s done, but still same..
Do you use some code minify tool? http://c2n.me/3fKUYmD it shouldn’t be like that. It should be like that
http://c2n.me/3fKVaJn
You’re right, now it’s ok but there are another problem..
Fatal error: Class ‘UniteBaseAdminClassRev’ not found in /home/bbcshopctn/www/modules/revsliderprestashop/inc_php/framework/base.class.php on line 3
We don’t have such bugs in our customers. I suppose it’s again the problem with this minify code tool.
Please disable this minify tool, Prestashop has own minify tool (BO>Adv Preferences>Performance) so you don’t need to use 3rd party features for that.
and copy theme.zip\modules\revsliderprestashop folder to your site. It will rewrite all the files to default.
Sorry but i don’t know where is it.
I have this option, what i have to do please ?
Thank you :)
This is default PS features. It’s not the bug reason.
Maybe you use some 3rd party module for that or some toll on the server side?
Reinstalled the module and now everything seems ok.
Best wishes
Hello,
Thank you very much. How did you reinstalled the module?
When I went in the BackOffice I didn’t have access to the list of modules to be able to re-installed.
Thank you
As usual BO→Modules without any problem
