Hi Mark,
I see that you did some modifications on your site. In which files did you apply your modifications? Did you use css modifications as well?
Seems like some of them are causing the troubles with the layout.

Thanks for getting back to me, I have not done any modifications to the site or the CSS I have a couple of modules installed on the product page as follows

Size Chart

Extra Manafacturer Logo

and

Treepodia Video

I uninstalled the product comments and installed the Google Comments and Reviews Module and so now the comments and ratings appears correct but the More Info, Reviews and Custom Tab are not inline :s

But all I have done is install the modules listed but not touched any of the Alyssum Modules or Product List or Product.tpl. I have not touched any of the CSS either as was like it since install.

Ok, I understand.
The product-list layout problems can be easily fixed with css but not product page issues since your new modules messed up with the page structure.
We can try to investigate all the layout issues with our customer paid service. The price will depend on the time we spend to find and fix everything and it will be minimum 40 euro. Or you can try to hire a freelancer for this work, maybe it will be cheaper.

Yesterday I disabled all of the modules on the product page and regenerated the cache but the layout was still exactly the same?

Hi, sorry for delay. I will try to check the issue today.
As I wrote above, the minimal price will be 40 euro. I can tell you the final price only when I’m done with fixing and calculate all the time spent.

Yesterday I disabled all of the modules on the product page and regenerated the cache but the layout was still exactly the same? You had 3rd party module “Page cache” enabled which didn’t allow pages to refresh. I had to disable this module for the time I’m making the changes on the site

I have done part of the changes. I will continue tomorrow.

Ok thank you and how do I go about ordering custom work? Or have you already started? And when I say about disabling modules on the product page I meant Treepodia, Extra Manufacturer, and Size Guide. But understand obviously it must be another module/modules that cause the issues. Thank you for working on it today and enjoy your evening :) I look forward to hearing back from you tomorrow :)

I did some more modifications today but I’m still struggling with the Google reviews module. The module is complicated :)

I have finished the modification. Unfortunatelly I cannot add reviews to show within the tab. The Google Reviews module doesn’t allow that.

Sorry I have not got back to you sooner I have been away. Thanks and understand about the Google Reviews module.

Will this work with future versions and what code do I need to keep for future updates? As I know PrestaShop are working on a new version.

Also when I go to pay 8 x £5 for the 40 Euros when I click on cart nothing happens? It does not add anything to the cart?

Hi, don’t worry, it’s ok :) Thank you for the payment.
I did the changes in the files
/themes/alysum/product.tpl
/modules/treepodia/treepodia.php (added there hook “displayFooterProduct”)
/modules/extramanufacturer/extramanufacturer.tpl (added id=”extramanuf”)
You will need to restore these files in case of update. Also please backup all the code in TS > Custom CSS
Don’t forget to backup your whole site before Google reviews module update. I suppose there shouldn’t be any problems.
I have also did changes in Modules positions
- hooked Google reviews to the hooks ProductTab, RightColumnProduct
- hooked treepodia module to displayFooterProduct
- hooked Size chart and Extramanufacturers to LeftColumnProduct

Ok thank you and will make sure I keep them files safe and updated for future versions. One thing I noticed is when you click on the video icon nothing happens?? When normally the video would pop up and start playing for the product? Any ideas?

Strange. I have changed only Treepodia module position, but didn’t do any other changes in module work.
Can you please reinstall the module? It will erase my changes and will return the to the original setiings. After that I will try to fix it position once again

Very strange I am going to message treepodia about this also as reinstalled the module and now exactly the same as before. It did used to work.

I have also noticed on some of the product pages it duplicates the content in to the footer also I have attached a screenshot
