Hi,
1) I would like to know if there is a way to keep these tabs fixed on product page https://image.noelshack.com/fichiers/2017/10/1488900591-capture-d-ecran-2017-03-07-a-16-29-32.png? I would like it to follow the scroll, just as the header menu. I don’t know if I’m very clear..
2) And we still have this problem : “When we sort a category by price, it sorts product by price on each page independently (which means on page 2 you have products higher/lower price than in page 1), although on your demo it sorts a category page by price on the whole catalogue.” but the ticket has been closed.

The issue with price sort is the same with default theme.
In this case it could be some some option in your back office, but I don’t know what exactly.
Regarding your first question, that is a customization, and you you ready to pay, I would ask Alex to help you with that.

I can’t find where to change this… But I just notice that the issue is only when we sort from the cheapest to the most expensive… And from the most expensive to the cheapest it’s working..
For my first question, it depends on price :)
I think it will be about 10-20 euro depending on time

I have two new issues :D
1) The countdown is broken again on Safari (it’s ok on Chrome)… 2) In vertical menu, when I add a custom link and try to translate it, it’s not working. You can see on this page that it’s ok in french https://www.noova.co/fr/promotions but not in english https://www.noova.co/en/promotions . When I translate it I have the validation message, but when I check if it’s ok, the fields are empty in english…

We have an issue .. Tell me if you want me to open a new ticket for it or if it’s ok here.
We have a new one page checkout module (super checkout by Knowband). We have an issue with it, the page is very long to load, the module developers had already optimise the code of the module, but the page still take 10s to display as you can see https://www.noova.co/fr/module/supercheckout/supercheckout (It’s slow only where there is a product in cart). They tell us it comes from the theme.
Here is their message: Our module us really fast, its your theme which causes the issue. We have also seen the home page speed of your store. It is around 20 sec. If you will test our module page speed and will see what are the things that take time then you will see that all the widgets and the images on your store takes the time not our module code and requests. This is the reason that other customers have never reported this issue regarding the module. You have already seen our modules demo and that really fast you have already agreed to that. Why the countdown is it breaking all the time while you had fix it several times? Is there some automatic update which erase your fix?

Do you want me to open a new ticket for this issue or is it ok here ? I would like to do the same thing for new products as until now we have a category for this but it’ll be easier with the automatic page, but I’m waiting to fix the issue with translation to do it…
