Ticket #10301 - Difficulties with responsiveness

Hello. I’m having difficulty with the theme’s responsiveness. Even restoring all the settings back to the install files doesn’t help. All the recommended images and modules are distorted on phones and tablets. If there are settings I need to change in the responsive CSS files, please guide me on this as there is no documentation. We are using Alysum 4.6. Please help!

Responsive 2 is the website on a laptop. Responsive 1 is the result on an Apple iPhone.

Hi Isabel.
The fix is following:
open the file 

/themes/alysum/css/responsive-all-mobile-devices.css

and remove these lines
