Hi Hugo.
Please fill out all necessary fields in your profile https://support.promokit.eu/index.php?do=myprofile to access to your back office
i’m done.
I see the issue and trying to find a solution.
I suppose you need to fix files and folders permissions. Here is requirements from prestashop documentation http://awesomescreenshot.com/0f26bdjxd0
followed every prestashop requirements.
For following folders Prestashop ask to set CHMOD to 777:
“config” folder
“cache” folder
“sitemap.xml” file
“log” folder and subfolders, recursively
“img” folder and subfolders, recursively
“mails” folder and subfolders, recursively
“modules” folder and subfolders, recursively
“translations” folder and subfolders, recursively
“upload” folder and subfolders, recursively
“download” folder and subfolders, recursively
Update to Alysum 5.0.2
Still ajax parsererror!!
PLease help
Yes, I see.
But you also need to set CHMOD 755 for ALL prestashop folders and 644 for all files. Then set up 777 like you did before.
Here is a command hot to do that fast https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/305352-solved-proper-folderfile-permissions/?p=2232365
Hi,
Now that chmods are ok no more ajax parsererror, thx.
But still
1 - slider does not show in front office.
2 - slider preview not working ( v ‘visualiser’)
3 - Slide editor change image option not working
These are some of the errors encountered.
Any suggestion will be welcomed.
1. I see you have enabled slider in the “displayTopColumn” hook http://awesomescreenshot.com/02a6bfka82, so now you need to select this hook in the slider settings
2. and 3. The slider is in beta version now, and should be released soon. I believe that issues will be fixed there
