Of course it’s possible.
Here is a tutorial http://doc.prestashop.com/display/PS17/Translations#Translations-ExportaLanguage Can I ask you to share your translation to add it to the next Alysum release?

Of course! Is an Italian Translation.
Tell me what I have to do

Just export your translation following tutorial I gave you. You will get zip archive. Then you can attach it to your comment.
Thank you in advance!

Thank you very much for sharing translation.
Have you tried to import translation like described here: http://doc.prestashop.com/display/PS17/Translations#Translations-ImportaLanguagePackManually

graziano 10 Jul 2017, 17:08

damn…the problem is that I have not any “Modify Translation” box in international>translation !
Cant’t understand why

Yes, I see now. It seems documentation is not updated yet. I found out they removed import option, read more here http://build.prestashop.com/news/translation-news-171/ And now I have no idea how to implement exported translation. I let you know once I’ll find something

I try to search too so we can share
Thanks

Hallo doyou have any news about the import of a language pack?
Thanks
Graziano

Marek 28 Aug 2017, 15:00

Yes, I have.
You just need to copy all files from archive to the folder /themes/alysum/translations/it-IT/

graziano 28 Aug 2017, 16:11

Sorry, what you mean for “archive” ?

ok perfect

Marek 28 Aug 2017, 17:06

Is it works for you? have you already checked?

graziano 28 Aug 2017, 17:18

Seems that is not enaugh, for example this not keep the translation of the comments string on the product page…like “WRITE YOUR REVIEW” for example … any advice?

Marek 28 Aug 2017, 17:28

Yes, I forgot about modules.
You have translation for each module separately. Go to module folder and find “translations” folder. So if you have translated it once you just need to take translations there.

graziano 28 Aug 2017, 17:30

ah ok :-)

Marek 28 Aug 2017, 17:33

Could you please share your modules translation? Or maybe I could take translation files directly from your server?

graziano 28 Aug 2017, 17:37

Yes you can take directly from the server but I thinks there are still some string not translated…I can advice you when I complete all the shop if you want
