Ticket #10565 - Prestashop 1.7 not working after installing Alysum theme

I have Prestashop 1.7.1.2 and after installing Alysum theme, my site frontpage does not work anymore. I get smth like:

Also, on admin modules page I get the following error:

I have all the php extensions required by Asylum and all the folders and file permissions set as required.

Sorry for the delay.
Unfortunately I can’t login to your back office, it’s infinitely loading. Could you please check that out?
I also have one advice what could fix the issue. Please try to switch to default prestashop theme and then back to Alysum.

Hi again,

I tried to login to BO by copy/pasting the url, email and password from my profile, just to make sure they are correct there and it worked fine. I tried it from 2 different computers. Maybe it was a a temporary hosting problem. Could you retry it?

I just did what you suggested. I switched to default Prestashop theme. After that the index page started to work again, but then I retried Alysum one more time and again it started to behave like I described in my first post.

May I ask what was the fix? This is just a test installation, and I am afraid I will encounter the same problem when installing it on production.

One more thing: I would like to use the Old Style preset, like it is configured here: https://alysum5.promokit.eu/oldstyle/

On my installation, the Old Style preset is looking different.

Hi Ioanna.
I just helped you with configuration, not it looks like our demo. you only need to configure Instagram module if you will use it.
Regarding your first question, I’ll add that fixed to the next theme version

I have started to configure my site, but I encountered a few more problems, so I need help:
1. with the flexmenu module. It doesn’t seem to work, I can’t add anything to the menu.
2. I can’t find the blog module

1. I see the issue with menu. Here is description how to fix it http://alysum5.promokit.eu/documentation/#!/faq 2. Blog module name is “xipblog”
