I suppose the issue is because of maintenance mode. Try to disable it and check the issue once again

The issue was noticed while the site was not in maintenance mode. I double checked again but still the issue is there.
Kindly support here. The image cannot be loaded / updated.

What is the path to prestashop on your server? I want to update your menu module

Menu has been updated. I also see the popup error related to the “frcallback” module.
Let me check if it works fine now. If you see another error with the “frcallback” can you please fix it ?
I see that the upload works. There are still error messages but the image is updated nevertheless.

Just try to disable that module if you are not using it
For the frcallback We will check later if we decide to not use it.
For the flexmenu image upload, have you seen the error messages when you upload the image in the menu ?
