Ticket #10766 - Theme Adjustments

Hi Marek,

I have some issue:

1. In the cart summary on the header (see Carrello.png) when I’m logged in as customer and when there are products in the cart, if I click on “Carrello” (Cart) the button doesn’t work… It links to the Home Page. Can you check this?
2. I’d like to remove the “Tasse” (Tax) label. Is it possible?

3. In the carousels in the Home Page, on the products, there are the “compare circles”, but the module is disabled. In category pages we haven’t this problem… Is it possible to remove those circles? (See AddtoCompare.png)
4. It is possible to have the autoscroll of the products in the carousels?

5. This is a issue regarding a Prestashop module, but If you can give me some suggestions I will appreciate it.
It’s about Category Tree module/block that compare in the Left Column (See CategoryTree.png)
Now the tree is always fully expanded. I’d like that it start from collapsed status… Do you know if it is possible?

Some other points:

1. Translations

1a. I have to translate the string “Create an account” here: http://www.lacittadellaluce.org/ps/autenticazione?back=my-account I cannot find where I can edit the string…

1b. The same thing for the “404 Error Page” (ex: http://www.lacittadellaluce.org/ps/cerca?controller=search&s=aaa)

1c. The same thing for the Cookies Policy message (Home Page)

1d. In the BO, I go to: International –> Translations –> Theme Transaltion –> Alysum –> Italiano and then to: Shop –> Theme –> Actions Here, I have some strings to translate, so I edit a string, and I click on save button and it looks like it works fine.
But if I reopen it, nothings is changed.

2. Cart

When I try to delete a product from the cart page (http://www.lacittadellaluce.org/ps/carrello?action=show) by clicking on “x”, I have to refresh the page to see the changes in the cart.

3. Mails I don’t know if the following points are related with the theme, but maybe you can help me anyway:

3b. When a customer make a new order, I don’t receive any alert email… why? :o
(the email address is correct because I receive the other mails, like messages from contact form)

3a. When a customer create a new account, he receive an email with the email address, but without the password. It is correct?

3c. When a customer create a new account and he sign up for the newsletter, he should receive an email for this, but that does not happen.

4. Theme Update I saw that there are new versions for the theme. I try to update from “Alysum Theme Settings”, but when I click on “Run Theme Update” nothings happen.

5. States Order I added some new States in International –> Location –> States. (In Italy we have new “Provincie” or States)
Now, when a customer is setting an address, the states don’t appear in alphabetical order but those ones I have create appear at the bottom.
It is possible to make them appear in alphabetical order?

About the point “3b” (sorry, I’ve notice I put the “3a” after the “3b”) I’ve istalled the “Mail Alert” module and now the New Order mail notification works!
But at the same time I’vo noticed that when I go to:
International –> Translations –> Email Translation –> Content –> Alysum –> Italiano
I have these alert messages: see Mail.png
It seem like something is missing
Can you also look at this?

I’ve updated the Theme!

Here’s the points (updated)

1. Translations

1a. I have to translate the “404 Error Page” (ex: https://www.shop-benessere.com/cerca?controller=search&s=aaa) I cannot find where I can edit the strings…

1b. The same thing for the Cookies Policy message (Home Page)

1c. I cannot find where to edit the strings highlighted in register.png

1d. In the BO, I go to:
International –> Translations –> Theme Transaltion –> Alysum –> Italiano and then to:
Shop –> Theme –> Actions Here, I have some strings to translate, so I edit a string, and I click on save button and it looks like it works fine.
But if I reopen it, nothings is changed.

The same thing for others strings… (in mails translation too)
It seems it does not save the changes

New issue Urgent something happened on the home page:
The the product carousels titles has changed by themselves
Prodotti in Vetrina –> Prodotti in Evidenza
Prodotti in Offerta –> Special Products

And now the Special Products Block is displayed above the New Products Carousel
I try to remove the hook, but it goes to recreate itself shortly after

- the product carosuels in Home Page don’t work fine. All of them!
Special, Featuerd and New Product!
wrong products appear!

Here are the screenshots..
They aren’t the real Featured, Special and New Products… Products that appear in carousels are not the ones that should appear.
And this is well seen especially in the special products, where the remaining time for the offer is still zero.

I just checked products from Home-Featured screenshot and all of them is featured.
Home-new - each product has “new” label
Home-Special - each product has reduced price, I see that in your back office.

So, there is no any issues with carousels. You just have to configure it correct
