Hello Marek,

I have big probleme to use the revolution slider module and create other slides… I have this message “ajax error !!! parsererror” everytime I am trying to modify something

I have a question regarding Instagram feed : When I turn it off in the Alysum setting, the home page doesn’t work anymore, only slide but impossible to clic on images or menu… how this can be fixed ?

Yes, it’s because you can use only one domain with once theme license. Do you use several domains or just moved to another one?

Strange issue.
The problem may be caused to ModSecurity on your server. Try to contact your hosting provider, maybe they can look at server logs to see what is the reason of the issue.
Let me know once you will have a reply.

I suppose request to the file /modules/revsliderprestashop/ajax.php blocks, but I’m not sure for 100%

Is the Firewall and Logs should be active on server and domain ?
The hosting support said that it is not due to the ModSecurity

I’m not sure Firewall and Logs could affect somehow to the slider. Ok, if it’s not due to the ModSecurity, I’ll continue to investigate it myself.

If you want to get latest module updates, yes, you need it.
But as I know updates for PrestaShop are rarely.
And you can get updates for the module with our theme. So I don’t see any sense in activation code

You right I don’t need activation code because I am not a direct buyer It was include with the theme Alysum, so why the files are not found ?

Even for other Preset I cannot use them.. could you please verify again on my BO ?

I just found out the following, when I tried to access directly to module ajax controller.

it must return blank page, instead we get “Controller not found” message.
Could you please write about that to your hosting support, maybe they can advise something.

In the Alysum setting I have only “revolution slider” and “full slider” to configure what about the other preset ?

You just need select necessary preset. You can also can import any slider you want in the Theme settings module

localhost means a host what installed locally on your computer like this http://www.wampserver.com/en/

But if you don’t have it installed, don’t try it will take your time to configure it.
