Ticket #10860 - isotope problem

Hi !

The isotope is supposed to filter the products but it doesn’t. The url has a #. Where should I fill the link to get the filtering option?

Thanks in advance ;)

Hi Pelin.
It doesn’t matter what link is there. The reason why it’s not working is that you don’t have products in selected categories. Please notice, the product must have necessary category selected as “default” http://awesomescreenshot.com/09a6dm3c23

Oh I got it. Thanks a lot… D
Few more questions:
In product pages, I have problems with my pictures:

- when I zoom on the first picture, it can switch to the second one only if I click on it. Can’t we switch pictures with the keyboard arrow keys?
- my pictures are very good quality but the zoom only makes the picture bigger, I saw in your template that we can put the mouse on the picture and get even more close up.. is that possible?
as I didn’t find a solution for the last issue, I cut some of my pictures details but it looks very bad when uploaded… (picture)

Thanks for your help

It requires additional code to make it work with keyboard and zoom on hover. I’ll add your ticket to the TODO list for the next theme version and try to implement that features.

Zoom feature has been implemented. You can see an example here https://alysum5.promokit.eu/en/dresses/12-93-printed-chiffon-dress.html#/12-color-camel

As for switching images with the keyboard, it takes much more time than I supposed.

Wow you are awesome, how can upload the new functions?

Marek 07 Oct 2017, 13:30

You just need to update the theme when update will be available

Pelin 14 Oct 2017, 21:33

Sorry for this stupid question, but could you explane to me how to update exactly? I am afraid to do something wrong and blow everything up :)
What do I have to download on themeforest, and then, what to do with these files?

Marek 14 Oct 2017, 21:35

- make full Backup of your shop
- disable all prestashop cache
- download themeforest archive
- unzip it
- find the folder “updates” there. There are updated files for each new version
- copy and replace all files from each folder starting from 5.0.8

Pelin 15 Oct 2017, 13:23

ok, I got the “update” files from themeforest
but for the last step, where should I replace them exactly. I am using filezilla and couldnt find the “update” file….

Marek 16 Oct 2017, 00:05

Each update folder, for example “5.0.8” contain two folders “modules” and “themes” So you have just copy these two folders into the root of your prestashop

Hi, I did it and nothing happened..

Marek 29 Oct 2017, 11:30

Ok, you can upload all theme files (latest version) to your server just to be sure.
Please don’t forget to make a backup
