Ticket #10889 - Several issues - module block layered / custom link
Hello all,
First of all I have updated the login details in BO Presta and FTP access for you. For the moment the shop is in Maintenance so you will have to add IP exception in Presta.
I have several issues that i hope you can help me with:
1. The stock filter is messed up. In the only category populated on my site, http://www.boemo.ro/120-coliere, there are 13 products with only two that have stock. The numbers shown are wrong → it shows 13 „In Stock” and 0 „Out Of Stock”. It should be 2 „In Stock” and 11 „Out Of Stock”.
2. The first click on the color filter it just adds a “#” in the end of url. This happens if you click the text, not the color square. Not a very big deal, but can be very annoying for customers.
3. When you use the Color Filter, it does not highlight the color that you are on. Shouldnt it be highlighted somehow, something like a “x” or “v” over the color squares selected. Or maybe a bold highlighted border, anything to signal to the customer the curent selection of color that they are on.
4. The entire block layered module doesnt appear on mobile view.
5. CUSTOM LINK MODULE: Unable to add links in CUSTOM LINKS module because of error. http://prntscr.com/fvh6mg
6. FLEX MENU: Unable to add custom links in FLEX MENU module. error shown: “Please add a label for your default language”
7. I have also noticed that on the last confirmation page of an order there is a doubled text, see print screen - http://prntscr.com/gt7fag
These are the last problems i encountered before going live with the site. I was told i should address them here. If i didnt explain clear enought please tell me.

Another thing i noticed is that the pk_feature module on homepage doesnt not display well on Mozilla and Edge browser(in Chrome it is ok). here are some printscreens as i scroll down on homepage: http://prntscr.com/gtil23 , http://prntscr.com/gtim9a, http://prntscr.com/gtime1 , http://prntscr.com/gtimjx.

So i tried to fix these issues myself before putting a ticket. All of the issues mentioned appeared after upgrade to Presta 1.6 from 1.5 and updated Alysum theme that Alex did for me. I did not have them before. Alex recomended putting a ticket on Promokit Support, due to the fact that they are theme related problems. I had the support expired so i paid yesterday for new 6 month support. I am not a very technical guy and cant resolve these issues by myself unfortunetly. I would really need you to fix these. If there is extra payment needed please tell me.
On the other hand, very nice theme updates to Alysum and quality support all around.

Yes, I understand you, no problem to help you with that.
But I have to know is the issues related to the theme or not. That’s why I ask you to check out those issues with default prestashop theme.
Oh. So i should switch from BO Presta, Preferences → Themes to “Default theme” and see if the issues are still happening?
Sorry, never switched to default before. Can i change the theme and not be worried to lose module settings or any of modifications done so far?

The “Out Of Stock” filter is unavailable, it cannot be selected. And the count shows (0) instead of real number of out of stock products (11) - http://prntscr.com/gv3xno

Didn’t you think to move to the latest Prestashop version and Alysum as well? It has really fresh design now http://alysum5.promokit.eu
It’s hard for me to understand what’s wrong in case the issue exists in both themes. Because there is a chance of prestashop bug or specific configuration. I’m afraid to spend a lot of time with no result. I already spend a couple of hours but still have nothing to help you.
1. I removedfrom BO Presta the option to count how many products are available in a specific filter. I can live with not showing count, as long as the filtering is corect :) Can you help with making the “Out Of Stock” option available for fitering? I really need to be able to filter product that do not have stock but can be backordered - http://prntscr.com/gvkulg
For now, moving to new Alysum 5 is not option. Maybe in future.
I understand that if it takes more time than usual to try and fix i can pay extra, no problem.

So, i wrote below the updated problems:

Hello,
I have noticed something weird happening when i hit next page in category. The page doesnt scrool back up to the first line of products as it should.
This happenes only in CHROME browser(both descktop and mobile), not Mozilla or Edge.
Also, it only happeness in category that has block layered module template activated. For example it happenes here: https://boemo.ro/73-black-friday, but not here https://boemo.ro/135-coliere.
Do you know a fix for this? I know that i had some issues with block layered module that you fixed for me a while back.

I have tested that page in all available browsers on my mac and can’t reproduce the issue. I’ll try tomorrow on Windows
Happy to know that it is isolated to Chrome browser :)
