Ticket #10931 - Fix it error - "Can't download the file"
Our emails are sent without the content of “{adv_img}”, {email_contacts}, {email_addr} and {social_networks}, and only shows the tags name.
On some tickets the suggestions are for going to, theme settings→ email → click on fix it, but when we try to do this Prestashop gives an error that “Can’t download the file”.

Our emails goes on footer with the information regarding to promokit/venedor and the social media links doesn’t works too. On theme settings we have add all the information about our company, address’s, contact’s, social media accounts info… I already try the “fix it button” but the emails footer always goes with promokit/venedor info.
We appreciate some help.
