Ticket #10976 - Switched theme Alysum - Default - Alysum

Hi Marek,

I have some issues with Layered Navigation module, I have checked your advice here on the helpdesk and at first, I wanted to try if the issue happens with the Default theme.

It happens, so I will try to check it with PS forum.

BUT, when I switched back the theme to Alysum it looks horrible! Do I have to set-up everything again???

Please help ASAP.

Thanks,
Zuzana

Hi, Zuzana.
I don’t know how your website looked before. Right now it looks like this: http://awesomescreenshot.com/0c66e1bo84

Is that wrong configuration?

Zuzana 24 Oct 2017, 16:04

Yes :( It is messed up :(

I had to switch on pk_minicslider in theme settings otherwise, there is nothing on my homepage except logo :(

Now at least there is something :(

Najpredávanejšie produkty (featured) is on the left and below the homeslider, but it should be only below. Footer is not visible, no vertical menu…

It seems like it is there, but not working? E.g. module vertical flex menu, I switched it ON, checked settings (thank God it is there!) but after refreshing it is still not visible on the homepage.

OK, have checked footer, it was OFF, switched it ON, it is there, but no social FB module, I suppose I have to check ON module by module, right?

OMG I want to dieeeeeee, why I have to touch anything?!!!

You just need to enable necessary modules. Unfortunately, I don’t know which modules was enabled before.

Could you please help me at least with vertical flex menu module? It is ON, settings are there, I don´t know why it is not on homepage.

Marek 24 Oct 2017, 17:05

The module has been enabled

Zuzana 24 Oct 2017, 17:36

Yes, I enabled it.

Those green dots are there as well, I cleared browsing data, but it is still not visible on my homepage.

Zuzana 24 Oct 2017, 23:34

OK, so I figured it out.
It seems I have had installed 2 flex menus, one was for Venedor and this was the one enabled. Sorry, I don´t know how this happened, without me buying the Venedor theme…?
After I disabled this and enabled Alysum flex menu, it is OK.

I suppose I should uninstall and delete this module? Pls see the attachment. Could you confirm this, I rather ask, I do not have a good day…

Also for the future reference, is there some safe way how to switch between Alysum and the Default theme? Without losing the settings?

Marek 25 Oct 2017, 10:10

Yes, the best way is

Zuzana 25 Oct 2017, 13:46

Oh, I didn´t know this.

Thanks, you can close the thread now. I am going to post some other questions, but I suppose you prefer new threads for those, right?
