Hello.

I have managed to translate the email template into my language (Spanish). But I have a problem with the character ‘ñ’ and it shows up as a question mark (attached screenshot). How can I solve that?

That is not theme issue.
As I can see there are “?” instead of letters:
Try to replace those marks to your letters.
