Could you please give me a link to page with the issue, because all works fine for me here http://dev.baritaliah24.it/19-frutta-secca

ramona 23 Nov 2017, 11:23

The bug is in backend site. In attach my view

Marek 24 Nov 2017, 11:54

The issue has been fixed. Please check it out

ramona 26 Nov 2017, 14:03

I have right now the same problem. Please check in backend the catalogue page and a product data sheet, it’s occurred the same error in categorytree.
The bug is not fixed.

Marek 27 Nov 2017, 12:45

Sorry, now it’s fixed

ramona 27 Nov 2017, 12:48

I don’t think so. View my img in attachment.

I’m going crazy. Try now. It’s ok for me http://awesomescreenshot.com/0226ejwu1f

Not for me. Modify a product page, there is an error.

I see the issue the first time. Working to fix it as soon as possible

Marek 27 Nov 2017, 15:03

That is definitely not a theme issue. I just enabled default prestashop theme and disable all not native modules and the problem still persist.
But I’ll try to figure out what is the reason

Marek 27 Nov 2017, 15:14

Do you have a possibility to reinstall your prestashop?

ramona 28 Nov 2017, 18:08

I will lose all my works, again.
it is the only solution?

Marek 28 Nov 2017, 21:32

I just asked, if it’s not possible for you, I’ll try to find a solution, but as I wrote you it’s not a theme issue.

ramona 28 Nov 2017, 22:13

if it is not a theme issue, why prestashop works correctly if I do not install the theme?
I kindly ask you to explain me the source of the problem. Thanks

ramona 28 Nov 2017, 22:59

I did the same: I uninstalled the theme and the issue was still there. I installed a new prestashop and the bug there isn’t. I installed again the theme and the issue was back.
thank you in advance

Marek 28 Nov 2017, 23:00

Really strange. The theme has been tested many times but I have never seen such issue before. I’ll try to do the same on my server and let you know

Marek 29 Nov 2017, 20:02

Hi, ramona.
I have tested the theme installation several times today on different servers and there is no such issue. Right now I keep trying to find a reason for that in your back office

Marek 29 Nov 2017, 20:22

Please test your back office now.
I also found two links which came from some third-party module. Try to disable that module if you know which one is.

ramona 30 Nov 2017, 10:08

Hi Marek,
I have deleted all records of Lengow module found in my db and tested my back office.
The bug is fixed. I’m really happy!
I ask you a last tip: I set the homepage as a “complex” preset, I see that you have added a custom preset (my layout) but in the home the native theme modules do not appear.
Could you help me visualize them as before?
Thanks in advance, you’ve been precious.

Marek 30 Nov 2017, 10:15

Hi, ramona.
What do you mean by “native theme modules”?
