Ticket #11141 - Demo setup problem

Hello,
I tried to install the theme following the instructions of the guide, but the demo I wanted to copy (Complex) even by setting the preset, is missing many parts like the slider, the carousel, different footer, etc… Could I have a solution to get the demo identical to the one online?
