FS#11216 - Mail Translation

Hi Marek,

I’m Giacomo from www.shop-benessere.com

We’ve this problem:

When a new user registers and signs up for the newsletter ... he does not receive the confirmation email for the newsletter.
What can this depend on?

Trying to change the translations of the mails related to the newsletter subscription, I also noticed that this is not possible.

If I go to: Translation - > Email Translation → Content → Alysum → Italian

And then to ps_emailsubscription

I can not change anything ...

Can you help me?

Hi Marek,

I check this, and both:

- send a check email after subscribe and
- send a confirmation mail after subscribe

are active!

(as you can see in newsletter.png)

There could be a problem in mail translation??

I have checked theme and modules files and seems all is correct.
to find out the reason you have to look into server error logs after an attempt to register.

The best way to edit email templates is to download them to your computer and edit each file separately.
The path is /themes/alysum/mails
