Hi, mirko.
What’s wrong, I also don’t understand.
newsletter popup is a module and it has his own email templates here /modules/pk_popup/mails

maybe I do not know the priorities:

- i have a core file mail in public_html/mails/… - i have a theme file mail in public_html_themes/alysum/mails/… - i have a child theme in public_html_themes/zoe/ (this could avoid the mails folders in alysum? here the mail folder should not be there?)
- finally the module folders have their mails folders in public_html/modules/nomemodule/mails/…

this is the situation. at this point which folder does it command?
if I try to send an order confirmation email, I get the prestashop native template. even if I put the new templates in the folders.
also you wrote a tutorial to change the template mail? for the texts could just change the php file?

PS:: i try this in old website with IP 184.154.162.106

thanks

You have to understand the priority.
your child theme has highest priority.
here is the hierarchy: Child theme > Parent Theme > Prestashop Root

you have to edit .html files only, not .php
