Ticket #11353 - Hosting error when Alysum theme is set as current theme in Prestashop
Alysum theme can be imported as new theme via the Prestashop BO but once I set this one as the “current theme” in my Prestashop BO, it makes my website having an error from the hosting provider.
In attachement the screenshot of the states and error message in the browser console.
Here is the error in the consol as well :

Hi, Nicolas Bindels.
Please fill out all necessary fields in your profile https://support.promokit.eu/index.php?do=myprofile to access to your back office and FTP
Hi Marek,
Sure sorry, it is now updated in my profile :)
Many thanks
No problem.
Can I now enable Alysum theme to see the issue?
Sure!
Do you have possibility to look into server logs? That’s strange issue and I didn’t meet it before.
Sure, here is the link and your access :
Unfortunately there are no any records for current day. Could you please ask your hosting support to provide fresh Apache error logs?
Yes, I am proceeding now will come back to you asap
Waiting for you
They reply to me that they “do not provide PHP logs” and re-directed me to the ones I gave you access to
for your information, it is a shared hosting at OVH that I have, the “perf2014x1”
What is the next step? Waiting tomorrow for the log to be there?
I’ll check out once again and let you know
If it’s not critical for you I would like to wait until tomorrow when logs will be available
No worries, it is ok for me to wait till tomorrow.
Thanks for the support!
Hi Marek,
Just to be sure you do not forget me for today
Thanks!
Don’t worry, I remember about you.
Unfortunately there is no log for 2 January. Could you please ask you hosting, why?
Thanks :)
Is this what you need?
Yes, but errors available only on 1 January https://logs.cluster026.hosting.ovh.net/finemarketdistrict.com/logs-01-2018/error/finemarketdistrict.com-01-01-2018.log.gz
I just open a ticket at my hosting to ask for the errors log on 02/01/2018
ok, waiting for you
Hi Marek, my hosting provider OVH just reply to my ticket saying that everything should be there now
By the way here is the link to all logs file (web, ftp, error,…)
I still didn’t see fresh logs, bu ok, I’ll try to debug it myself. I’ll let you know the result soon
It looks like for the new logs (with 5minutes delay) from today are displaying there :)
Yes, but that is access log, and there are no errors
I make it work.
something wrong with cookie function. I’ll continue to work to figure out what is the reason
Awesome!! Really great support, thanks a lot!
Can I already work on it or better to wait you have finished your tests to know the reason?
Wait a moment. I let you know once I’ll finish
You can start
Super! Thanks a lot Marek!!
Is the issue fixed for long (meaning I should not have it anymore even after updating to new version of the theme or prestashop)? Or uploading the theme on an other website hosted at ovh?
Unfortunately I didn’t found what it was exactly. For now I have disabled cookies variables, but it’s absolutely ok. Would be great to have error log to see what was the reason.o
