Ticket #11546 - Product price not change with combinations

Hi, When i create a product with combinations and specific prices, the price not change when i change the dropdown combination in front-end.
The price is always static and not change with the correct price of your combination.
However, when i add the product to the cart, it’s added correctly with your correspondent price.
I need a solution to this issue, please.

Thanks.

Hi, Kevin.
Please give me a link to page to see the issue

Kevin Gonzalez 31 Jan 2018, 16:07

The page is http://tienda.quimivisa.com

The product page that the problem persist is http://tienda.quimivisa.com/inicio/18-minersol.html

Thanks.

As I can see there, you have zero price for that product. Try to change it, it should work

Kevin Gonzalez 31 Jan 2018, 17:17

What price should I put for the product if there is no generic product? There are only prices depending on the characteristic.

Marek 31 Jan 2018, 23:48

I don’t know. Try to assign any price for each your combination

Kevin Gonzalez 01 Feb 2018, 08:32

I have put a fixed price on the product but when changing the attribute of the product the price does not change dynamically by the corresponding

Give me a link to product where I could see the issue. There are no combinations in previous product http://tienda.quimivisa.com/inicio/18-minersol.html

Kevin Gonzalez 01 Feb 2018, 11:36

I attach an image of the incident to which I refer.
When changing the attribute that is desired in the drop-down surrounded in red, the price highlighted in red does not change depending on the attribute selected in the drop-down.

Please fill out all necessary fields in your profile https://support.promokit.eu/index.php?do=myprofile to access to your back office to check out product price settings

Kevin Gonzalez 01 Feb 2018, 12:39

The back-office is already configured in my account.

Marek 01 Feb 2018, 13:03

I don’t see where did you configured price changing for different weight, could you please point me?

Kevin Gonzalez 01 Feb 2018, 13:09

The different prices should be applied according to specific prices, not weight. I attach the image of the configuration of the specific prices of the aforementioned product.

Try to switch to default prestashop theme and check out how it works there

Kevin Gonzalez 01 Feb 2018, 13:37

I have seen that it works in the same way, so how could I make the product change its price dynamically when different attributes are selected in the product drop down?

Marek 01 Feb 2018, 13:58

That strange, it must work.
May I ask you why you choose old prestashop version 1.6, but not 1.7? New version works fast and stable

Kevin Gonzalez 01 Feb 2018, 16:11

How can i upload prestashop to version 1.7 if the 1-click upload module does not allow upload 1.6 to 1.7?

Thanks.

You can try to install it from scratch, and that move your products from old version to new one
