Ticket #11719 - Theme update crashing

Hi Marek,

Since I made the theme update via the prestashop BO, I have my website down with an error 503 exactly as when I was trying to install your theme. To solve the issue I remember that you told me something like “I remove the cookies and it worked but I still do not know why”. Could you please help me to put it back online asap?

you have some unique server settings, and I still don’t have a solution for that because I can’t reproduce the issue.
Try following fix:

Thanks a lot Marek, it worked to recover it!

Additionally

1) I have a problem on the “order confirmation” page of the website. The products list is correct, the products names and prices are correct as well but the picture is not, it takes the last product’s picture for all the product (see screenshot attached - for debugging do not fear to fill up the basket and payment options, it is still in test api mode :))

2) Could you tell me how I could translate in several languages the text in my “Top Bar Short Message” (see screenshot attached)

3) Could help me to get the “manufacturers/brands” as a main flex menu element (same as I have for “by category” - see screenshot attached)? Additionally in the flex menu I do not succeed to create custom link for other languages, each time I click on the language flag it close the element but do not change the flag by the one selected (see screenshot attached).

1. I just tested your cart page and it shows images correctly http://media.promokit.eu/screenshots/monosnap/scr_20180222_185009.png 2. Unfortunately, there is no way to translate it, but I can add your text to the theme code you you will be able to translate it
3. I suggest you to create custom links and call it as you like, for example “Brands”

Hi Marek,

1. Yes the basket is working fine but not the basket summary at the order confirmation which comes after the payment step. As said, please complete the steps till the end (with payment, choose the “bancontact” option as it is still on test API so you will not even have to fill your payment details, just select “paid” option) and then you will fall on the order confirmation page where I have the problem where all products have the same picture.

2. Do not worry I will manage it then :)

3. What about the second part of my question #3 (where I am saying that I cannot create custom link in other languages due to buggy BO flexmenu module)?

4. Additionally I realise that since I made the update, I have again the problem where the product name, price and quick view/basket/compare icons are disappearing when changing from one page to the other (in a category view for example) or when applying a filter. - See screenshot and previous ticket I made (that were closed)

I can’t finish it in your website. I tried to finish an order in our demo and there is no such issue

3. I just translated your Blog menu item with no problems. Just click to a flag and add a translation.

Hi Marek,

Thanks a lot for the other points fixing!

Regarding the basket you do not succeed to reach the “order confirmation” page because you are selecting “bank transfer” as payment option which makes your order confirmed only once I have confirmed to recieve your payment via the BO (see screenshot).

In order to reproduce please follow this procedure :

1. Create your basket as you did
2. At the payment option select the “Bancontact” one - see screeenshot attached)
3. Accept the terms below on validate
4. You will fall on “mollie” (my payment module) payment page, there select the option “paid” (as it is still in test API) - see screenshot atteched
5. Click on “continue” - see screenshot atteched
6. You will fall on the confirmation page where the product picture are not working properly

Yes, now I get it.
Do you have any chance to test the issue with default prestashop theme on another installation? I just uploaded original theme files to your server and the issue is still there. So I suppose it’s a prestashop bug.
