Ticket #11773 - Category pagination not work

I encounter two problems with your template on prestashop
The first is that I can not access the following pages on the category pages (see screenshot). The buttons on the pagination do not work.
I disabled the Prestashop cache and emptied it is the same it does not work.

The second concerns the translation: In French, I wish to change “Manufacturers” into “Artists” It tells me that it saved the translation but it does not save.

The shop is under maintenance. If you want to see production, thank you for giving me your IP address that I add.

Looks like AJAX requests are blocked by server. Do you have access to server error logs?

Clara Cohen (Clarartdealer) 02 Mar 2018, 17:59

I am Jérémy, it is me who creates the site prestashop for Clara.
The site is hosted by OVH and I have more than 50 prestashop sites that have the same offer at OVH.
I have never had ajax queries blocked by OVH web hosting

Yes I have access to the logs but for that it must be connected to the Pannel OVH
How can I send you access to OVH in private conversation?

I also see the issue first time.
You can send me access to my email [email protected]

Hi, Clara.
I have checked out all available logs but there is no any related information.
May I ask you to switch back to the default prestashop theme and check the issue there? It's necessary to understand where is the issue
