We have a problem with the template.
When we activate the template and we enter a new product or modify it, it gives us an error and does not load the page.

The error occurs in the backoffice when you try to add or modify a product and the template is active.
Thats strange, I didn’t see such issue before. Do you have access to server logs to see whats the reason of the issue?

We have the same problem we had at the beginning. Sometimes entering a new product or modifying a product gives us an error of 500 and we can not do anything
We need to check out server error logs, because browser don’t show any errors

We have been able to solve the problem. In the php configuration of the server, we have increased the memory limit and the error 500 is no longer generated.
