Ticket #11858 - Issue with combinations prices

Hello!

The theme change my combinations prices. I assign the price at combinations tab of Prestashop for some items at my store. For example 7,13€ in some combinations. After few hours price has been changed atomatically to 7€. Always round to a number without decimals. If i active the default theme and I change the prices again after few hours the price hasn’t been changed.

That’s a big trouble for an e-commerce.

Can you fix it?

I have unistalled the Xpertblog module and It doesn’t work.
From Installed modules page I cannot see antoher blog module, but by FTP I’ve seen a folder called psblog (Not Simpleblog as your suggested solution).

Ok. Is the price was changed in the front office only, ot back office as well?

If you go to BO and go to –> Articles –> JAQUETA XANDALL (blue photo) –> Combinacions Tab –> you will see all the increments finish with a 0. If you change the 4,00 for 4,13 or 6,00 for 6,13 or 7,00 for 7,63 and wait for 10 minuts and then refresh the page you will see that all the prices return at ,00.

I have changed the price of product JAQUETA DE PUNT and don’t see any issues. The price was changes a couple of hours ago

I have entered at the BO and I see the prices that you attach, I change the bottom prices (were finished with a 0). I’ve saved and your prices have changed.

Maybe it’s when yo refresh the page when the prices change. I don’t know but its frustrating

I don’t understand how do you do that. I have tried several times with different products ans all prices saved correctly. I also want to notice that issue (if it’s exist) not related to the theme

The problem exists since I updated the latest version. Before I have a no important error (I can’t see the number of products of quick checkout). I updated the theme and fixed that error but 2 news errors appeared. The first one was an error 500 when I went to checkout (I fixed when I disabled the homepage builder) and this is the second one. My client detects that error and me too (we have tried with chrome, firefox and opera). What others products do you try?. By the way, there are others errors that I’ve seen on debug mode. Maybe it is one of this. I know that is an ‘improbable’ error but it turns me crazy.

#1. The decimals of combination prices tend to disappear.

I attach you all the issues on debug mode for if you see some relation. But #1 problem is the only error that we want to fix because with that problem we can’t sell anything

I spent a lot of time, but still no success. Could you please switch to the default prestashop theme and check out the issue? Please notice you can lose your homepage settings so please make a backup and save your preset in the theme settings

Yeah, I’ve done it and the prices turn to 0 when I refresh the page, but not automatically like with Alysum. Did you found something of that error list?

It means the problem is somewhere in prestashop core. Do you have possibility to install new prestashop from scratch, then test the issue with default theme, then install Alysum theme and check out the issue once again?

I broke the BO. I can’t acces for http error 500.
I will restart the store with another prestashop version and a new template. I’m so tired of all that issues.
