What module you want to add to the sidebar?

Giacomo Cerrone 15 Mar 2018, 16:43

The module is “Facebook Comments”. I tryed to add olso “product comments”, but this is not added either.

Marek 15 Mar 2018, 16:49

That is not a module what came with our theme. You have to ask module developer to help you

Giacomo Cerrone 15 Mar 2018, 16:57

But this happen with all modules, also with yours.
Of all the module in the picture, just three are displayed.

That screenshot shows the list of pages and state of column of each page. It doesn’t related to the modules

Giacomo Cerrone 15 Mar 2018, 17:07

sorry, and this?

Marek 15 Mar 2018, 17:15

Maybe it’s a cache issue, but I see modules in the left column http://media.promokit.eu/screenshots/monosnap/scr_20180315_171424.png

Giacomo Cerrone 15 Mar 2018, 17:17

yes, there are some, and some not

Marek 15 Mar 2018, 17:19

It depends on certain module configuration, it’s definitely not the theme bug

Giacomo Cerrone 15 Mar 2018, 17:42

so, how can i add the testimonials on the left sidebar?
This is tour technology home demo version

Marek 15 Mar 2018, 18:25

There is a Prestashop 1.7 demo. But you have prestashop 1.6. There are a a lot of difference between these versions. This is a demo for 1.6 http://alysum.promokit.eu/en/

Giacomo Cerrone 15 Mar 2018, 18:37

And if I update the theme and the prestashop version I will lose all the changes I have made and the loaded products?

Marek 16 Mar 2018, 02:09

No, you will not lose your settings. Only some files of the theme and modules will be updated, but not settings

Giacomo Cerrone 16 Mar 2018, 09:22

Thanks for the reply. Do I have to take any special precautions before updating?

Marek 16 Mar 2018, 11:12

Of course. Always make a backup before any action
