Ticket #11885 - The color filter does not work.

Hello,

The color filter does not work.
There seems to be some internal error in the template.
The price filter and other filters do work. Only the color filter fails.

Hi, objetivocomunicacion.
Have you tried to rebuild filter index in your back office?

objetivocomunicacion 20 Mar 2018, 17:21

Yes.
But that’s not the problem.

I see this error in the chrome console. But I do not know what I can do.
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error) –> modules/pk_themesettings/ajax.php

Another error that appears when using the color filter is … attached capture

1. Please read the message at the screenshot, the error comes from one of your chrome extension.
2. Give me a link where I could see the filter bug

Following the rules of themeforest you can use the theme for one domain only. I’m not against you are using it for two domains but I can’t provide you support for second site

objetivocomunicacion 21 Mar 2018, 18:08

Hello,

It’s the same website.
The previous website is the development version. It will be removed soon and is not accessible to the public.

The domain www.mueblesbalbin.com is the definitive domain.
If you look at the previous domain, the website is located in a subdirectory.

I understand what you are telling me … but they are not two different domains.

Marek 21 Mar 2018, 18:09

Ok, I see. And I can access to ww.mueblesbalbin.com with provider credentials from your profile?

objetivocomunicacion 21 Mar 2018, 18:40

Yes

Marek 21 Mar 2018, 19:43

Something wrong there.
I have changed the file /themes/venedor/js/modules/blocklayered/blocklayered.js
but when I open it through a browser I don’t see my changes http://mueblesbalbin.com/themes/venedor/js/modules/blocklayered/blocklayered.js

You can try it yourself.
Maybe that is a wrong path to the theme?

objetivocomunicacion 21 Mar 2018, 20:01

I’m sorry, my mistake.
I just updated the FTP access data.
You can see the correct data in my profile.
