But you first asked a refund what means you don’t want to use the theme anymore, isn’t it?
If there is any issue with the theme we are fixing it and make theme update, please read any other ticket and you will see all of them are solved or in progress, because other customers communicates politely and with patience.

The Price of the theme is for use it and for 6 months of support.

If you are telling to me that you don’t want to do the support if I don’t change the rating, then, I will demand the refund of course.

Also, is not about patient, is about you don’t want to resolve any issue telling that is not a issue of theme (like filters) when it was… or translation error too…

I don’t want lies, I give you once change more, and it will expire in 30min

Ok, try following solution.
Delete the file /themes/alysum/translations/es-ES/ModulesEmailsubscriptionShop.es-ES.xlf, then go to translations and try to translate, the file should be regenerated. Please write me back the result
