Ticket #12214 - Product not added to cart....

Hello, marek,

You closed this ticket for me, but it’s still unresolved.
Adding this product to the basket does NOT add it.... we have tried it on other computers and neither. I have 50 units of each color.
I have recorded a video for you to see, if I can’t send it here I’ll email it to you...

I don’t understand.....

Okay, I'll do the alysum update,

you know what happens? that sometimes in updates, I lose some changes,

For example, all the email templates I had modified were not saved to me.... and that's why I didn't want to update them... :((( it takes a long time to do them so I don't save them later!!

Just make a backup before the update. Then you can copy your modified files from backup and put them to your theme
