Hi, Stop and Think.
1. That is “ps_emailsubscription” module
2. That is “Ps_Facetedsearch” module

Hello,

I’m trying to access to these translations but the words that I want to translate don’t appear.

I send you two screenshots.

Thanks.

Could you please provide me access to translation page in your back office

Stop and Think 18 Jun 2018, 20:44

Ok, you have access.

I also want to change this translation and it isn’t available in the translation options.

1. http://take.ms/J2ZtA

2. I have no idea. That is not part of the theme, it’s a native prestashop module and translation must be available under domain Shop.Theme.Catalog http://take.ms/CUIKH

Thank you, but I can’t change the translations in the Faceted Search module :(

Strange, but I also can’t find the way to translate it.
You can try to do the directly in the module file /modules/ps_facetedsearch/src/Ps_FacetedsearchProductSearchProvider.php

Stop and Think 22 Jun 2018, 20:46

I can’t find that file on my ftp.

Here is full path /clickandbuilds/PrestaShop/BOUNIK/modules/ps_facetedsearch/src

I have a new issue with Translations.

I want to translate the “Order confirmation page”.

The text below appears without translation.

Thanks

As I remember that is a payment module like “Wiretransfer” or “check payment”. Have you tried to translate them?
