I need urgent help!
I finished a b2b but the add to cart combinations don’t work! It’s don’t add the right combination we chose. Sometimes it add a combination right but in general don’t work!
Please check the prodoct https://www.susystore.com/store/it/t-shirts/23-58-t-shirt-con-inserto.html#/32-colore-bianco/37-taglia-sm I tryed to create a dev area and install the last version of the theme but it still don’t work.
I installed the default theme and it works! So the problem is on the theme alisym.

I can’t reproduce the issue, it always works for me. I have tried in Safari, Chrome and Firefox.

on my computer don’t work! I use a mac with chrome. And the same on the computer of my collaborators pc and mac.
If i chose the colors at the begin don’t change the address on the browser bar! Then if i change a the size sometimes works but is really different on your demo. On the demo works fine and it’s quick ! on my web site is slow and if i chose white, appeares avorio on the cart.

no!!!! If you need try use https://www.susystore.com/dev/ the login is the same.
I can upload a backup on that area. There i upload the last version theme the path of the product page is the same.

2 minute ago it’s worked fine! ok! i upload the backup and the database on the area for tomorrow morning so you can do the all changement you need. I let you know

I have found only following thing. If I open for instance this product https://www.susystore.com/store/it/t-shirts/23-60-t-shirt-con-inserto.html and click to change color, there is no changes in address bar, but if I change size it changes address. Did you mean this issue?
yes! if don’t change the address bar the system add a wrong product to the cart.

Checked once again and works fine. Try to clear browser’s cache
Clear the browser’s cache is the first thing i did.
On safari it works but change the colors in the bar is very slow, but it works.
On chrome don’t work! i use the Versione 67.0.3396.87 Wich version do you use?
On firefox works fine!

on the /dev you can’t disable the cache but you can do on the /store. Actually on /store the js cache is disable. The access is the same.
