Hi, Fulcro Development Department.
1. Please make a backup before update.
2. Try to update the theme to the next version manually.

I Marek,
I Make a Bakup, like you said.

And i do these steps:

1 - Check my Alysum theme Version, in my case is the Version 5.1.9.
2 - I Go to “Advanced Parameters” > “Performance” and set “Template compilation” to “Force compilation” and “Cache” to “no”.
3 - I Download the latest version of Alysum theme, i unzip the source code and, Upload “themes” and “modules” folders from “Archive/updates/LATEST_VERSION/ to the root of your prestashop.
And the my online store stop working, and i have to restore the backup.

Note: My Web Server use Windows Server, MySQL and PHP

Can you please help me thanks.

Hi, Fulcro Development Department.
We just make changes to the “auto update” function. Please try to update once again through Theme Settings

Yes, I see now. Try to update manually to the 5.2.0 and then try automatically update once again
