Ticket #12563 - Problem with modul product reservation - Error 404 in microsoft edge

Hi Marek,

I have a module named “lonely stock” and there is a Problem only in Microsoft Edge: When I add a product to cart >click on “continue Shopping” > Website adress gets to: alpenriff.at/undefined > refresh page »» ERROR 404

www.alpenriff.at

I thougt that is a modul issue on product-list-site but the module developper wrote:

Hello, I’m sorry but this problem is (and cannot be) related to the module, as it doesn’t touch any url (programaticaly doesn’t use any function related to this at all). You must contact your Theme developper. Bien cordialement/Best regards,
Matthieu L. D.

????? any idea?

thx michaela

There is an error in javascript. You have to figure out which module is responsible for that. Try to disable modules what you have installed last time and see when error will disappear.

Hi Marek

I can´t figure out , which modul makes this issue. Are you sure a module is responsible for that?

This (alpenriff.at/undefined) happens only on product-list -site —– not product-site, not on home. And only in Microsoft Edge and Internet Explorer. (on Firefox f.e. there is no Problem)
I tried to deactivate modules (not prestashop modulse) but the error doesnt dissappear.

after clicking on button “Einkauf fortsetzen” (continue shopping)the site changes to alpenriff.at/undefined, but this is wrong.

Could you please help?

thx. michaela

Hi Marek,

this link alpenriff.at/undefined is not only in my shop, I have seen it also in other alysum shops.
Maybe you could solve this in an update?

thx michaela

Hi, Michaela.
I just test out your homepage in IE and Edge and there is no any redirection to alpenriff.at/undefined after click to “Einkauf fortsetzen” button

Hi Marek,

I also tested it now —- undefined!?!

Marek 29 Jul 2018, 17:01

I have found out there is no such button in the default prestashop theme. I can also remove it in Alysum theme, if you agree

1. as I see, it is not only the button “Einkauf fortsetzen”. To close the window, you either have to click on this button or click outside the window. In both cases happens the same — undefined.
It happens also, when Reservation modul is deinstalled - it is not related to this modul.

2. the Reservation modul (lonely stock) is also nesessary, because the corals are all WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get).

Before some time it was working fine, but now - I think it is a css Problem - it is not positioned correctly and Looks different. But I couldn´t figure out why. I tested in alysum 5.2.2 (backup) and it was working. But also working with update on alysum 5.2.3. In the screenshots you can see how it worked before and how it is working now. this happens on also on product-list (home).

(I figured out what was the Problem with magic zoom (init.js of pk_instafeed), but can´t do this on the Problem of Reservation modul — I really have tried all)

thx. michaela

Hi Marek,

for Reservation modul (Point 2 comment before) : now I have the solution. Reservation modul is related to the Price of a product (displayproductpriceblock). In themesettings > productsminiature > product Details layout: it works fine with style 3 (not with style 1) …..so I take style 3 :-)

Marek 30 Jul 2018, 09:44

Great, I’ll check that out

michaela wilhelmer 30 Jul 2018, 10:59

…for me it is ok with style 3., so you could close ticket.
