Ticket #12753 - problem module

Good afternoon.
Let’s have two modules installed:
- One Page Checkout PS (Easy, Fast and Intuitive)
- Sticky Button Add to Cart in Product Pages

both modules are failing due to incompatibility with the subject.

the first of them refreshes continuously and does not stop making the order and the second one is shown shifted to the right.
Can we solve it?

Greetings and thank you.

Hi, joaquin.
It’s hard to make the theme compatible with each existing module.
First what we have to check, is how those modules works with default prestashop theme. If all works fine then we can move forward and try to find a solution.
Please let me know once you will check that out

Hi, we can not make the module work, only disabling JavaScript compression and it is not advisable to do this.
when we activate it and we put the debug mode to see what it should be, it shows us this error that we have attached, how we can solve it.
Thank you

the css files stored in the cache folder such as theme-b04305.
In these we can not make changes in its interior because when emptying the cache the changes disappear.
Where do we make the changes so that they are carried out correctly and remain?
a greeting

as soon as we activate the debug mode (True) the page is dropped, we can not access the product listings and the admin can not be accessed at all.
You can try it yourself.

You can try to disable debug module manually, read more here https://zemez.io/prestashop/support/how-to/prestashop-1-7-enable-debug-mode-display-errors/ I’ll check. the issue as soon as I can, because now I’m writing from phone.

ok, I need to know where I have to make these changes.
the css files stored in the cache folder such as theme-b04305.
We are going to upload the web to production and we only need this.
Greetings and thank you.

First of all you have to disable css and js compression in your back office

joaquin yelo 22 Aug 2018, 09:37

ok, it is already deactivated.
What should I do now?

we have made the change that you tell us and now we have the problem that with 2 different product urls it shows the same product
- https://www.tiendaobjetivocenter.com/flashes-estudio/antorcha-elinchrom-anular-rf-3000 - https://www.tiendaobjetivocenter.com/flashes-estudio/flash-compacto-elinchrom-brx-250-n-guia-64-multivoltaje

They are different and shows the same product.

There are two ways to fix that:
1. Disable prestashop cache
2. Disable product page builder
I know about that issue and it will be solved in the next update
