Ticket #12899 - Button on revolution slider doesn't work on safari browser

Hi marek,
I have this strang issue:
in last revolution slider on my homepage, link buttom “testing program” doesn’t work only on safari browser. On all other browser it works properly.
I try to fix it with making new buttom but issue is visible yet. If you try to click on buttom with safari you can see the problem.

I attache the screenshot to explain better wich slider and button I mean.

Please let me know a solution. Thank you

Yes, I see now. You can try to add raw html code like this:

<a href="#your_link">Testing Program</a>

Sorry, Marek, I don't understand what you mean.

Where have I to put this code? do you mean in link of action inside revolution slider?
Please tell me exactly...
Sorry and thank you for your time

Click "Add Layer" → Text/HTML

Alessandro Borsani (AleBTstudio) 13 Sep 2018, 15:32

Ok marek, you advise me to use a HTML layer and not button. Ok!
Very strange issue because the other sliders work fine on safari and this one no.
Thank you for your time

Raw code works good but I don't understand because button no. Other buttons in other sliders work fine in safari...

I have no idea, Revolution slider is a bit complicated module, and we didn't develop it, so it's hard to debug such small issues

Thank you Marek, I understand.
Thank you for your great work
