Ticket #13083 - VAT not added

Dear Marek,

The VAT often is not added to the cart.

Example: if you login in to our shop using my account ([email protected], password: pw2000), and add product W1106 to your cart, you’ll see that the VAT is not displayed - though it should be for all customers with an address in France.

Any idea why?
