Ticket #13213 - Problem with width site and responsive

Ciao Marek,
I have to ask the same issue that I have already explain in past and you fixed it.
I have not made imprtant change in my site (template) but I see that if I see in smaller desktop or in window of my browser I see the horizontal slider below that allow me to make a lateral scroll to see all site. Before all works properly in responsive mode.
In attache file you can see a lateral blank space in my home page that I need to not show.
I know that you already fixed it for me but now I don’t know why I have the problem yet.

Please let me know a solution and please check the scrennshot to understand better.

Thank you a lot for you support.

ciao

Yes, I see.
Try following CSS:

.header-main > .page-width {max-width:90%}

Hi Marek, it doesn’t fix it. I use firefox like browser and I put the code in custom css but I always see homepage not responsive in some resolution. Please try to move dimension of window in firefox browser and you can see the issue.

thank you

I just test it out with different window width and there is no more horizontal scroll

Hi marek I see the isuue yet like you. can see in attached file. If I see my browser in a window mode I see a white lateral space (at right position) like you can see and this issue if you remember was altready present in past, then you fixed it.

I see you have enabled cache, Please try to clear it in your back office

Alessandro Borsani 10 Nov 2018, 11:12

Ciao Marek,I have already cleaned the cash but i see the white space at right in small resolution yet.
Very strange that you don’t see this issue. Please try to change window dimension with mouse from corner from big window to small and you might see the issue.
Thank you

Sorry, that was my mistake. correct CSS code is

#header .header-main > .page-width {max-width:90%}

I already add it to your custom CSS
